We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand they can’t work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you’re unhappy with your purchase because of a technical issue we’re unable to resolve that makes the product unusable, we’re happy to support a refund request within 14 days of your original purchase, subject to the conditions below, Paddle’s Refund Policy, and any applicable consumer rights.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which means refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. Refunds are also subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
For additional information about purchases processed by Paddle, please refer to the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy.
When You Can Get a Refund
- Give us a fair chance to help first. We can’t provide a refund for a technical issue unless you allow us to properly investigate and try to resolve it. If we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you.
- Provide the access we need to troubleshoot – such as WordPress admin (wp-admin) or FTP access or related details when needed. If we still can’t solve the issue in our product, we’ll refund it.
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, custom code, or hosting configuration aren’t covered – we’re only responsible for our own products.
- Custom features aren’t grounds for a refund. We can’t refund a purchase because a feature you want wasn’t part of the product when you bought it.
- The 14-day limit applies. Refund requests can’t be made after 14 days from your purchase date.
As a general policy, refunds aren’t provided for a change of mind, no longer needing the product, choosing a different product, or not reviewing the product details and demos before purchasing. This doesn’t affect any rights available under Paddle’s Refund Policy or applicable consumer protection laws.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team first – most issues can be fixed quickly with an update or a bit of guidance, and for technical issues Paddle also asks that you reach out to us before them.
- If we can’t resolve it, you can request the refund through Paddle using the “View receipt” link in your purchase confirmation email, or at paddle.com.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval. Once a refund is issued, access to the product ends and your license is deactivated.
Support Renewals & Services
Support renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the renewal period has started, unless otherwise required by applicable law or Paddle’s Refund Policy. For customization or development services, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, and completed milestones are non-refundable. Any exceptions are handled case by case.
Marketplace Purchases
Products bought through third-party marketplaces such as Envato ThemeForest remain subject to that marketplace’s terms, licenses, support rules, and refund policies, and are handled separately from direct purchases made through InspiryThemes.
A Note on Chargebacks
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us or Paddle first – we’re happy to sort it out. Opening a chargeback before reaching out may result in your product access being temporarily suspended while it’s reviewed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use our website and services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
