About Us
InspiryThemes develops and sells WordPress themes, plugins, and related digital products, including RealHomes along with related support. We also offer customization, development, and consulting services.
Licensing
Unless stated otherwise, our products are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license type you buy.
- Regular License – use on a single website, with lifetime updates and 6 months of free support from the date of purchase.
- Extended License – available on the product page for uses beyond a single standard website (such as broader commercial or SaaS use). Extended terms are defined per product and take precedence where they differ from the Regular License.
- You may install and use the product as your license allows, modify the code for your own use, and use it in personal or client projects.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage our products; share license keys, downloads, or account access; use a single Regular License on more than one live website; or use our products unlawfully.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, license-key sharing, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate license revocation without refund, along with any other remedies available to us.
Modifications
You’re free to modify our products, but we can’t provide support for issues caused by custom code, third-party modifications, or external integrations. If needed for troubleshooting, we may ask you to reproduce the issue on an unmodified installation.
Support
Each product includes 6 months of free support from the date of purchase, which is extendable at the rate shown on your account or the product page. We aim to respond within 24 – 48 hours, though this is a target rather than a guarantee.
Support covers bug fixes, product-related technical help, and installation guidance. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugin issues, website administration, design changes, or custom coding.
Updates
Paid products include lifetime updates – improvements, fixes, and compatibility releases – separate from the support renewal cycle above. We may modify, discontinue, or replace features when needed to improve products, maintain compatibility, or address security.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. Please keep your information accurate and current. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, or violations of these terms.
Payments
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record (authorized reseller), under the Paddle Buyer Terms. By purchasing, you authorize Paddle to process your payment, collect and remit applicable taxes, issue invoices, and handle payment-related matters, including applicable refunds.
Purchases processed by Paddle are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy.
Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through our website are governed by our Refund Policy. Purchases processed by Paddle are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. Where applicable, refunds are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record to the original payment method.
Customization and Development Services
For custom projects, the scope is agreed before work begins and includes two rounds of revisions within that scope. Additional revisions or out-of-scope work may incur extra fees. Timelines depend on you providing required content, access, and feedback promptly; we’re not responsible for delays caused by client-side factors. Any deliverable you approve is considered accepted.
Marketplace Purchases
Products bought through third-party marketplaces such as Envato ThemeForest remain subject to that marketplace’s terms, licenses, support rules, and refund policies, and are handled separately from direct purchases made through InspiryThemes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use our website and services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
